In collaboration with the developers of the software products we sell, MathDirect offers a number of support options. Up to three service levels are available for some of our products.

Basic Service

Basic service is included free of charge with every paid license and includes:
  • Installation support through our WWW-based interface
  • Access to mailing lists
  • Access to our support knowledge base
  • Free updates within 3 months of purchase

Regular Service

Additional services available with Regular Service typically include:
  • Technical support through our email/WWW-based interface with a guaranteed reaction time
  • A discount on updates for all new versions

Premier Service

Premier Service includes additionally:
  • Technical support through email with a faster reaction time
  • Free updates for all new versions
  • A discount on license transfers, where applicable

Notes

The details of the services available are described in each product's service contract. Please refer to our public product pages for product-specific information.

Technical support is available from a link on our product support pages, available only to registered customers.

All our service contracts require customers to buy at least the same number of service contracts as they have bought software licenses.

For most products, we maintain a discussion mailing list, where customers can subscribe and participate in discussions.
